Incorrect Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the target mobile phone and the network the mobile phone is currently locked to is supported by our service. A credit note may be offered in specific circumstances, however a refund cannot be offered or given where the customer has received the code and/or paid and subsequently discovered that their handset and/or network is not supported by our service.

 

Order Verification  Prior To Processing

In certain cases, Fastest Unlock may ask the customer to submit a scanned copy of the credit card and Photo Identification in order to completely verify the integrity of the order and to avoid credit card fraud. Due to the overwhelming fraudulent orders we receive a day we must take all the necessary precautions to minimize credit card fraud as much as possible. We reserve the right to refuse an order which looks suspicious or turns out to be fraudulent.

Orders which turn out to be fraudulent will be reported to the relevant authorities to be investigated to the fullest extent by law.

 

Charge Back & Credit Card Fraud Policy

GsmFastest TAKES CHARGEBACKS (DISPUTES OR STOP-PAYMENTS ON CREDIT CARD CHARGES) VERY SERIOUSLY. ALL CUSTOMERS WHO DISPUTE CREDIT CARD CHARGES FOR ANY REASON WILL BE REPORTED AS A DELINQUENT COLLECTION ACCOUNT TO ALL MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS AND WILL BE SUED. 

We have a legal obligation to report to the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) any suspicious transaction. Upon any fraudulent transaction discovery, We will block (Blacklist) IMEI from Apple database as well all activity related to your account from IP address to user information. We will submit to international agencies fighting against spam, frauds and financial crimes.

 

Paypal Payments Verfication

Must Submit valid photo id as Passport, Driving license, Resident id scanned copy which should be same as PayPal name & address

 

Delivery

The Seller shall deliver the Service to the Buyer at the e mail address of the Buyer as shown on the Buyer's submission. Time shall not be of the essence for delivery, but shall not be delayed more than three weeks depending on items ordered.

 

Gurantee

GsmFastest can only guarantee that the service will fulfill the customers expectations if the following criteria are met:

The information provided on the submission form when ordering the service is 100% correct
The instructions provided with the service have been followed EXACTLY as stipulated
The mobile phone is not stolen or blacklisted
The mobile phone is not already unlocked
The software of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
The IMEI number of the mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
The phone has never undergone an attempted unlocking with codes in the past

17.4 If your complaint is about an iPhone Unlock Service, first please do not waste your time to provide a video proof. We will only accept a complete Apple GSX Check report performed on our Server (we do not accept GSX Check report performed on any other website). You must use the service : "iPhone & iPad Full GSX Manual Check [1-24 Hours]" - [Tool ID: 515] to perform the GSX Check and pay for the check. Then please forward the result to us by email. If the result show that phone is still locked, and from the exact same original network you place the order for we will then refund the check and forward the complaint to our supplier to investigate about the issue. If the GSX Check show the phone is not from the correct Network, or the phone is Unlocked then no refund claim or complaint will be accepted.

 

18.4 New Policy From Apple If any imei tried up to 3 times for unlock wrong or right service if rejected from apple 3 time it will be marked as "RED FLAGED" in apple system.when you apply for unlock it will answer as unlock by network but apple will not update status. in this case we cannot refund use this service to remove try case from apple system then try to activate your device refund shall not be warranted if all of these criteria are not met. GsmFastest will do our best to  solve any problem any customer may have while attempting to use our service, however liability for the success of the service lies solely with the consumer. Furthermore, GsmFastest cannot guarantee that this service will enable the handset to operate on any specific network. Certain handsets will only operate on certain networks. This is due to different GSM network frequencies.
