???? Important Instructions for Joining the Family Group:

✅ Step 1: Normal Joining

• Simply accept the family invitation by:

  • Opening the invitation email and clicking Accept.

  • Or, if you didn’t receive the email, directly visit Google People & Sharing to check for the invitation.

✅ If You Encounter Issues, Follow the Steps Below:

1️⃣ Recommended Solution: Add a New Payment Profile (Vietnam)

⚠️ Important:
Your payment method must be based in Vietnam for the system to accept you.

How to Add a New Payment Profile:

• Go to: Google Payments

• Close any existing payment profiles (if any).

• Add a new payment method with the following details:

• Save the profile.

• Then go back and accept the Family Invitation.

2️⃣ Issue: Not Receiving Email or Already in Another Family Group

Solution:

• Visit Google People & Sharing.

• Check if you're already part of a Family Group.

  • If yes, scroll down and Leave Family Group.

• Return to the email and accept the new Family Invitation.

3️⃣ Issue: Country Mismatch Error

Solution:

• Visit Google Payments Settings.

• Click the three lines (menu) on the left → Settings.

• Scroll down and Close All Payment Profiles.

• Go back and accept the Family Invitation (you might need to click 2-3 times).

⚠️ Important:
Even after closing the payment profile, you must leave any old Family Group to fix the country issue completely.

4️⃣ Alternative Solution: Using VPN (Vietnam Server)

If country errors continue:

• Download any VPN app (e.g., TunnelBear, NordVPN, ProtonVPN).

• Connect to a Vietnam server.

• Try accepting the Family Invitation again.

• ❗ If you see: "Family group can only be changed after 12 months", you must use another email account.

• ❗ Each account can join only one Family group at a time.
  Example:

  • If you are already in a YouTube Premium group, you cannot join a Google One or Gemini AI group, and vice versa
